MEET THE TEAM
Meet Dr. David Sanders
Dr. Sanders moved to Satellite Beach when he was five and was called into the chiropractic profession at the age of 17. He had been given a bible and decided to read it. He got to Luke 4:40 which says "those that had various diseases, brought them to Jesus, and laying hands on each one, he healed them." Being spiritually naïve, he thought Jesus was using chiropractic and at that moment, he knew that he was called to be a chiropractor!
Dr. Sanders has a beautiful wife who is a pediatric nurse practitioner and is encouraging and supportive of his neurology studies. He also has three awesome children, an amazing son-in-law, two adorable grand daughters, and a great big fur ball named Murphy who has a special place in many patient's hearts. While growing up in Satellite Beach, he enjoyed living on the barrier island and had his fair share of surfing, fishing, boating, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
When he is not practicing or studying neurology, he enjoys hanging out with his family, traveling, photography, reading, listening to music, studying art, star gazing, boating, fishing, biking, hiking, archery, air pistol competitions, losing golf balls in the water hazards (which he greatly excels at), and because golf isn't frustrating enough, has just started learning how to play the cello.
Meet Kathy
My husband and I moved to Melbourne Beach a year ago to be closer to both of our families. We’ve spent the last years in Castle Pines, Colorado where we raised our son and daughter. I worked as a bank manager for 8 years and in the legal field as a paralegal for decades. I love photography, walking the beach each morning, being with family, reading, and traveling to see my twin grandchildren!
Meet Murphy
Murphy's favorite thing in life is coming to Atlantis Brain & Chiropractic Center and bringing smiles to everyone he meets. His hobbies are going on walks, galloping like the wind, playing outside, spending time with his fur-ever family, and getting his back rubbed.
Growing up in Satellite Beach, Dr. David Sanders decided to be a chiropractor at 17 years old. Read more about his story and get to know him a little better.
"His ability to innately know what is wrong is a gift from God. I would highly recommend that anyone that needs neurology or chiropractic care see him! I am highly blessed and honored to be Dr. Sanders' patient."
